Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged or doesn't fit properly, you can request a refund free of charge. Please ensure that all original packaging materials (such as bags, boxes, etc.) are included with the returned jewelry. The jewelry does not need to be repackaged, but all original packaging must be sent back.

To initiate a return, please contact Gogo through email at gogoscorner111@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Once approved, you will receive a return label to print out and use. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Please note the following:

• Items showing signs of wear, alterations, or missing packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
   

• Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
   

• There are no exchanges. Refunds only.
   

• Lost or stolen items will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped, but Gogo's Corner - A Self-Care Initiative is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen once they leave our care and tracking information has been sent.
   

• International returns are subject to the same conditions but are not eligible for free shipping.
